About Us

 Adam’s Project Management & Construction Limited (APM&CL) was founded in 2001 by Mr. Imtiyaz Adam. He is a Civil Engineer by profession and has over two decades of experience in the construction industry in the Caribbean. The Company provides a broad spectrum of construction services and has worked with a wide variety of clientele, operating in various industries. Employing a full time staff of thirty five workers and having a network of Sub contractors, the Company can take on any size of project. The Company has done projects in the Health, Industrial, Hospitality, Private Dwelling, Offices and many other areas. 

The Company has grown from strength to strength over the years winning new clients and growing in the size of contracts undertaken; to date the company has completed projects valued approximately TT$500 Million Dollars. Mr. Adam brings a supporting and collaborative style to the projects he undertakes, as a result his clients have been very satisfied with the outcome of their projects and often give him repeat business without tendering their jobs. We are proud to say that 80% of our larger clients give us repeat business in this way.

In order to meet the growing needs of its customers APM&CL has constructed a 16,000 square foot building to house the Company’s steel fabrication division. This facility contains state of the art equipment which will result in a more cost effective solution to its clients needs. The Company has also invested in two large cranes which gives it the lifting power necessary to undertake erection projects. Mr. Adam considers that the area of steel fabrication and erection to be one of its core competencies and it’s for this reason that it is the fastest growing segment of the business.

In 2010 the company won the prestigious Trinidad and Tobago Contractor of the Year award for its construction of the St. Joseph Enhanced Health Facility. This project undertaken and completed in record time was within budget and schedule. The Client, Ministry of Health, was pleased with the final product delivered to them.
